India Women Beat Sri Lanka by 97 Runs to Win Tri-Nation ODI Series Final

The India Women’s team defeated Sri Lanka by 97 runs on Sunday to clinch the Tri-Nation ODI Series title. Smriti Mandhana was named Player of the Match for her explosive century, scoring 116 runs off just 101 balls.
India posted a commanding total of 342 for 7 in the first innings. Key contributions with the bat came from Harleen Deol (47 off 56), Harmanpreet Kaur (41 off 31), and Jemimah Rodrigues (41 off 29).
In response, Sri Lanka were bowled out for just 245, suffering a heavy defeat.
In the bowling department, Sneh Rana starred with the ball, taking 4 wickets for just 38 runs in the final. She was also named Player of the Series for her outstanding performance, claiming 15 wickets in the five-match series.
